FYID NYC INNOVATES F/W 2018 FASHION WEEK WITH CULTURE AND ARTISTIC DIVERSITY

Manhattan, NYC (February 14th, 15th): For not one but two days, Find Your ID NYC gracefully struts into the second week of NYFW 2018  with sequenced patterns and an array of talent in its “International Designer Showcase.” FYID NYC INC. with its base in new york and satellite location in milan is know for global appeal. That being said this event was nothing short of extraordinary.

FYID bedazzled the garment district on Valentine’s Day with novel pop up shops, stunning visual artists and two spectacular runway shows displaying local and international designs. After being immersed in culture on the bazaar-themed ground level,  the amorous night began with visual art demonstrations on denim, canvas, and wood on the top floor from international artists such as Ian Sullivan(@iansullivandraws), PHREE(@phreeart), Orchid NYC  and many more. The breath-taking experience left what estimated to be 2,000 guests eager for more, which is truly where FYID delivered. This creative agency gathered from the four corners of the world designers such as Nuriyah, Onela Joni, TAYME Couture, Naurah, KlassiKlozit, Mod Mara, But Not,  Elena Milani, and Walk, representing a total four continents. Each runway show was packed with excitement from bhangra dancers to an electrifying performance by musical guest Shacar, who stole the show after he shocked the crowd as one of the models. In addition, South African AfroBeat Artist, Teemanay, debuted his new hit single "Love U 4 Life", for all of the lovers in the crowd. It would have been quite difficult to fully conclude the night, but the next day at a new venue  provided an even fresher appeal to the patrons.

As if the creativity knew no bounds, FYID on the 15th produced an event in the meatpacking district with upcoming designers at the forefront giving patrons a direct interaction with the creators of the garments. Patrons entered the meatpacking district venue I Tre Merli, in an area known for the most exclusive nightlife, to see live model designer presentation pieces from Italian founder/designer Mirko Sorrentino of BUT NOT decorated as art displays. Walking in even further,  interspersed between the fashion presentations were illustrious designers with their wardrobe willing to discuss the process in which the clothes were made. Some of these heartfelt origin stories ranged from reflecting turmoil in the Middle East and empowering female artisans.

FYID made these two days accessible and informative while keeping a festive edge. The international show brought the world into scope all through the united perspective of a blossoming global company, FYID NYC. Look out for their next global shows in Milan this September and Shanghai this October.
